The 7 Steps to Success in Any Business Part 2

Hi friends and welcome back to Real Estate Sales TV.

We’re going through step four out of the seven steps of success and this one happens to be the “game-changer.” We will break down parts of your day that aren’t as fulfilling as they should be. This video will be challenging, but it will ultimately help you grow. This is the second part of our four part series where we cover the seven steps of success. This series is not limited to the real estate business, but can help those of you who are in the title business, the mortgage business, the fitness industry or whatever business you happen to be in. I truly believe these steps can be a fundamental part of your success. If you bring all these steps together, undeniable and abundant blessings must come your way.

They have been a huge success and viewers have shared their feedback with me. I will, however, provide a brief review for you.

Step one covers the importance of your decision to live by faith, not by fear. Living by faith is the first component to any business’ success. It is difficult to not live by fear because most of us are conditioned to do so and you may not even know it. If you are living by faith, then you are feeling the certainty that you are going to achieve the goals you have set forth. If you are living by fear, find the root of the fear and detach yourself from that thought.
Step two encourages you to decide what you want. In the real estate business, we tend to earn a substantial amount of money.

This amount of money is also a curse because society is trained to ‘just get by,” meaning we do the minimum instead of maximizing our potential. Step two also coincides with step one as we live in fear of failure and disappointing others, hindering us from attaining what we really want. Step three directs us to set a plan with a specific end in sight. Personally, I like to set plans in five year blocks then break it down year by year.

Now to the main topic of the video, step four. Step four instructs us to take “massive inspired” action, which means to take decisions that are uncontrollable and have a “no one is stopping me” attitude about it. To do this, you need to be very clear about what you want and living in faith. If you want to break the mold, bless your family and creating a successful business, you need to take those “massive inspired” actions. Time management is a huge factor in this as well. You need to make the most of your days and remember that the workday does not end at 5 pm. Sacrificing the hours from 5-9 pm in the short run will help you build something special in the long run.

Hopefully this step opened your eyes and showed your how important it is to your success. This may seem scary, but the reality is that you cannot break through unless you decide to take “massive inspired” action.
