Learn my Three-Tiered System to Achieve Massive Success in Real Estate
Hello, I’m here today to show you how I succeeded in creating a massively successful brokerage business in three key phases. I did it this way, and you can too, but you have to believe that you can. The hardest part about this path is following it, but if you listen to me and my story, I will prove to you that you can achieve success.
There are three key phases to creating a successful business, and it will require hard work, and practice, practice, practice.
1. Foundation: The average real estate professional sells 2 houses a year. This is not a good number, and I believe that this happens because most agents don’t make a solid foundation within their business or within themselves.
- Communication is king. You must learn to master your way of communicating with clients in order to master your sales skills. Your confidence will increase, and you will then stop getting in your own way.
- Role play: You have to put yourself in other shoes in order to communicate effectively. It may seem silly, but you must practice. I practiced for 4 years every single day, so there is no reason you can’t do the same.
- Prospecting: This is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. You need to know how to generate business with just a phone. Advertising and marketing is expensive for new business owners. This is the most profitable way to earn a living, and it only costs you your own effort.
- Lead Follow-up: You need to have intense lead follow up to get referrals. You also need to master this skill to generate more clients. This is one area where most new agents fail badly, so practice is important.
- Presentation: Acquire listings, not buyers. My agents get 5-6 listings per month, and most agents will only see 5-6 listings per year! You don’t want to be average, you want to be great!
This foundation building process will take a minimum of 3 years if you practice these steps and really devote yourself to them. If you want to be successful, then prepare to become a very hard worker. I worked six days a week for three years, but look at where I am now!
2. Leverage Yourself: Once you have established yourself as a master salesman, you can begin to leverage yourself with the hard work and effort that got you where you are. However, there is no way to reach this phase until you have completed the first step in building your foundation.
