There are low, middle, and high producers in the real estate world. Which one are you? Why?
These are questions you need to ask yourself. If you want to be a high producing agent you need to take an honest assessment of where you truly are in your business.
There are big differences in the thoughts, words, and actions of each of the three levels of production. For example, low producers can be thought of as asleep, middle producers can of thought of as those who work the 9-5, and high producers are those who do whatever it takes.
If you say you’re going to do something, DO IT! You can’t sit around thinking of all the reasons you might fail. You need to do whatever it takes and start thinking like a top producer in order to achieve the top level in our industry.
