This week’s episode is going to be done a bit differently. I’m going to speak with one of my agents who has an amazing story. Back in 2012, this particular agent had only sold one house and called for some tough situations which you may be experiencing as well. This agent embraced the coaching we offer and actually followed through with it and put it into action. In the first 90 days of doing so, she sold eight homes and took more listings than she had taken in the last four years combined. I wanted to share this story because I believe that in each and every one of us, there is greatness and this story will unlock that in you.
I know this is an impromptu video, but I need you to hear how Veronica Iniquez transformed her life, vision and belief system. Veronica has been in the real estate business for nine years and is the agent I was telling you about above. Veronica explained that she didn’t understand the concept of how a real estate agent should work. As a mother supporting two children, the pressure was beginning to add up. Veronica lost her car, was forced to move into a one bedroom home and barely had enough money for food.
After switching real estate companies about five or six times and struggled to find a fit and become motivated. Just as Veronica was about to give up, she somehow stumbled across my Facebook page. After she started reading the content I post, Veronica knew it in her heart that it was something she had to do. Veronica has even endured an hour and a half drive to Rancho Cucamonga.
Veronica has been with us for 90 days and has already sold more houses than she ever has. Veronica came to all of my training and coaching classes which opened her eyes and started believing in herself. Once Veronica realized that she could no longer be comfortable living a mediocre lifestyle, but took leap of faith and joined our team. With a renewed confidence, Veronica predicts that she will have six listings a month in 2014; some agents are lucky to have six a year.
Veronica also told me that she now has goals set to purchase and pay off a home for her family. When Veronica is ready, we will provide her with information on how to create sustainable wealth through investment properties.
