Today’s video is the first in a series we’ll be calling “The First 30,” in which we’ll interview agents once they join our company and ask them how much success they’ve had within just 30 days of being coached by us.
We pride ourselves on being able to take agents from 0 to 40 sales in one year. The other day we ran into Blanco, an agent who’s been with us for two months, and asked her what differences she’s noticed since joining our team. Here’s what she said:
- Motivation: The office provides an environment that encourages growth and the constant striving to improve.
- Career advancement: The company really cares about your success. They want to see you move up and be successful in your career and they teach you how.
- Leadership: Coaches are always available to talk and are happy to answer questions.
When you join our team you are assigned a coach who teaches you how do to more business and take more listings. Blanco thinks this is wonderful – she can knock on his door, call, or text him at anytime. All questions are acceptable. She says he even shows up at her office to make sure everything is going well and offer his help if needed.
It’s good to hear that Blanco has had this experience, as it lives up to one of our founding principles: No closed doors. Many agents find something that works and try to keep it secret. We think that’s counterproductive - the best way to get better is to share information and collaborate with the best agents the industry has to offer.
Before joining the team, Blanco would get 1 listing, sale, or closing per month. In her first month with us she had 9 listings, 7 sales, and 6 closings! That is the huge growth we help nourish.
