Welcome back to our Intero First 30 series, where we are interviewing agents on our team about what happened to them in the first 30 days on our team. Today we are excited to talk to Travis Arsenault, one of our most famous agents. We say this because Travis is one of our biggest success stories, and we are excited to share his journey with you today.

When Travis first joined Intero, he had been in the business for over 10 years, but had little success as of late. In fact, in his last full year before joining our team, he had only sold 1 home, working full-time, over the entire year. 

In his first year after joining us, Travis closed 48 home sales, including 4 on the same street. How is such a meteoric rise possible? Well, according to Travis, it has everything to do with his coaching and training. We have taught him how to respond to every day questions that home buyers and sellers have, including the right way to respond to frustrated buyers and sellers.danny morel pullquote 4.27

Here is a great example of how our coaching and training puts you in the best possible position to succeed. Yesterday, Travis made a call to a guy who had been on the market for 148 days but hadn’t sold yet. From there, he let the coaching take over, reading our scripts word for word. Every single response the guy had was predicted on our script, and as a result, we set an appointment yesterday, and Travis took the listing at the price and commission he wanted. 

Our whole goal is to provide the type of value, training, and environment that will allow an agent like Travis to sell more homes in less time, because that’s what we all want.
